Since September 2025 I have been a Rechtsanwalt at BZG & Partner mbB in Münster.^{Note 1} I give legal advice only within matters on which the firm is instructed.^{Note 2}

I work on M&A transactions and venture capital financings and advise mid-sized companies, their owners and start-ups on questions of corporate and tax law.

I also deal with corporate restructurings and business succession, in particular with inheritance and gift tax.

My interest lies in the use of AI in legal and tax advice: which tools suit legal work, how to test them and how to introduce them into a firm’s workflows.

Within the firm I am involved in introducing internal AI software.^{Note 3}

I also run LexLab, a project of my own: a collection of tools, workflows, prompts and news on the use of AI in the German legal and tax market, including a comparison of legal AI models.^{Note 4}
